The WeaselCloud client area is not a server control panel, it is billing: orders, renewals, invoices, tickets. Here is what lives in each menu, where to find the login details for your actual server, and how not to lose a VPS over a missed renewal.

The WeaselCloud client area at my.weasel.cloud is the first thing you see after ordering a server, and it raises the obvious question: where is the IP address, where do you renew, where do you message support. Here is a walk through every section: how to find your server and its login details, and what to do so a missed payment does not end up costing you the whole VPS.

Short version. The client area is billing, not a server control panel: orders, invoices, tickets. Find your server under Services -> My Products & Services, where the status column tells you the story (Active: running fine, Suspended: paused over unpaid billing, Terminated: deleted). The IP address, username, and password for the actual server live on the service page, under the Hosting Information tab. Renewals sit on the same page: Renew and Turn Auto Renewal. Anything you cannot sort out yourself goes to a ticket under Support.

The client area and your server are two different things

The client area at my.weasel.cloud runs on WHMCS, a common billing platform among hosting providers. It is where you order servers, renew services, check invoices, and talk to support. There is no file manager here, no console, no buttons that touch the server's operating system directly: this is a panel for your order and your payments, not for the VPS itself.

The server itself is a separate thing entirely. You reach it over SSH (secure shell, a protocol for securely accessing a remote server's command line), using the IP address, username, and password you pull from the client area, specifically the Hosting Information tab covered below. For the actual connection steps, see How to connect to a server over SSH from Windows and from macOS and Linux.

The home page

After logging in, you land on the Home page. There is a banner for whatever promotion is currently running, a block of plan tiers below it (something like "Products For All Businesses"), and above all of that, the main menu: Services, Billing, Support, Affiliates. From here on, you almost always work through that menu rather than the home page itself.

The top menu: Services, Billing, Support, Affiliates

  • Services - every service you have ordered, most importantly your VPS servers. The key item is My Products & Services, a full list with each one's current status.
  • Billing - invoices, payment history, and an account balance, if you top it up separately from paying for a specific service.
  • Support - support tickets: open a new one, or read the thread on an existing one.
  • Affiliates - the referral program, if you want to earn something for bringing in customers.

Finding your server: My Products & Services

The Services -> My Products & Services page is a table of every service you have: the plan name (say, "VPS Germany"), the price and billing period (for example $6 a month), the next due date, and the status.

Status is the field that matters most when something looks off:

Status

What it means

Active

the service is running fine, the next payment happens on schedule.

Suspended

the server is paused, usually over an unpaid invoice; the server and its data still exist, and access typically returns once you pay.

Terminated

the service has been closed and the server deleted; there is no restoring it as it was, you would be ordering a new one.

Click the row for your server to open its service page, where the details and login information live.

The service page: Product Details

On a specific server's page, the Product Details tab pulls together everything about that service: status, registration date (when the server was first ordered), amount and billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, yearly, whatever you picked when ordering), payment method, and the renewal controls: Turn Auto Renewal OFF, Renew, Change Billing Cycle.

Your server's login details: the Hosting Information tab

The same service page has a Hosting Information tab, and this, not the general account settings, is where the technical details for this specific server live: a domain if one is attached, the username (usually root), the IPv4 address, and the password.

The password is sometimes masked behind asterisks or a separate reveal button, which is normal, the panel just does not display it openly by default. This is exactly the information the SSH guides linked above walk you through using. If the password or IP your terminal complains about does not match what you remember, check this tab first, not an old email or your memory of it.

Renewals and auto-renewal: keeping the server alive

Every service has a billing cycle and a next-due date. Three controls on the service page handle it:

  • Turn Auto Renewal OFF (and the reverse, ON) - toggles whether payment charges automatically on the due date. With a card on file and auto-renewal on, the charge goes through by itself; turn it off and you pay manually, which means tracking the date yourself.
  • Renew Service - pay for the next period right now, without waiting for the due date.
  • Change Billing Cycle - switch the payment period (say, from monthly to yearly), which usually comes with a better price per period.

This deserves more attention than it gets. If a payment fails or a renewal is missed, the service moves to Suspended and the server gets paused. If payment still does not come through after that, the service moves to Terminated, and the server, along with everything on it, gets deleted. The exact timing between those two states is worth confirming separately (see the "to verify" checklist); either way, a missed payment does not switch the server off instantly, but there is not an unlimited grace period either.

Support tickets: when to open one

The Support section is where questions go that you cannot resolve on your own: the server is unreachable and there is no web console to fall back on (the client area does not have one), a payment charged differently than expected, a service's status looks wrong. The Open Ticket button opens a form: pick the service the question relates to, describe the situation, and attach the exact error text where you have it instead of paraphrasing.

Searching the web works fine for general questions like "how do I configure nginx". Anything tied specifically to your account, a payment, a service's status, or data that does not match what the panel shows calls for a ticket instead.

Balance and payments under Billing

The Billing section holds invoices for each service and, if you use it, a separate account balance you can top up ahead of time and draw payments from as they come due. The exact name of the top-up section and the list of available payment methods are worth checking against the live interface (see the "to verify" checklist).

FAQ

Where do I find my server's IP and password on WeaselCloud

In the my.weasel.cloud client area: go to Services -> My Products & Services, open the server in question, then click the Hosting Information tab on its service page. That tab lists the IPv4 address, the username (usually root), and the password you use to log in over SSH.

How do I renew a VPS

On the service page, under Product Details, click Renew Service to pay for the next period immediately. To have payments go through automatically every period, turn on Turn Auto Renewal ON; the billing period itself changes with Change Billing Cycle.

What does status Active mean

Active means the service is paid up and running without restrictions, and the next payment will be due or charged on its normal schedule. It is the default status for a working server, as opposed to Suspended (paused over an unpaid invoice) or Terminated (closed and deleted).

How do I open a support ticket on WeaselCloud

In the client area, go to the Support section and click Open Ticket. Pick the service the question relates to and describe the situation; attaching the exact error text or a screenshot, if you have one, speeds up the reply.

Where is the balance in the client area

Your balance and payment history live under Billing. The same section holds invoices for each service individually, in case you pay per server as it comes due rather than from a shared balance.

Takeaways

  • The WeaselCloud client area is billing (WHMCS), not a server control panel; the server itself is separate and reachable only over SSH.
  • Your server and its status live under Services -> My Products & Services: Active means running, Suspended means paused over unpaid billing, Terminated means deleted.
  • The server's IP address, username, and password are on its service page, under the Hosting Information tab.
  • Renewals happen through Renew Service, Turn Auto Renewal, and Change Billing Cycle on the service page; a missed payment eventually leads to Suspended, and then to the server being deleted.
  • Invoices and balance live under Billing; anything you cannot sort out on your own goes to a ticket under Support.
